PhD Candidate
Maddy is currently pursuing her PhD in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Hydrology, Water Resources, and Environmental Fluid Mechanics, under the co-advisement of Dr. Edith Zagona and Dr. Joseph Kasprzyk. Before her time at CU, Maddy obtained her BS in Civil Engineering from Montana State University in 2022. Her current research, funded by the Bureau of Reclamation, focuses on adaptive policymaking strategies in the Colorado River Basin.
