Kevin is a hydrologic engineer with the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR), Upper Colorado Region. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a MS in Hydrologic Engineering from CU Denver, where he also participated in the Environmental Stewardship of Indigenous Lands program. His graduate research focused on partnerships in watershed management, along with the application of statistical water quality modeling and machine learning methods to understand the relationships between land management activities and suspended sediment concentration in rivers.
Prior to joining USBR in 2022, Kevin worked for the United States Antarctic Program and the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Safety of Dams branch. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in the state of Colorado.
