Andrew has over 10 years of water resources engineering experience gained working in private consulting and at the Salt River Project in Phoenix, AZ. He has a background in long-term water supply planning, reservoir system modeling, reservoir operations, and seasonal and event based hydrology forecasting.

Andrew earned his undergraduate degree in Agricultural Engineering in 2010 and his master's degree in Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering in 2014, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His graduate thesis research focused on the effects of no-till agriculture on runoff under center pivot irrigation, and his coursework included plant-water relations, soil physics, and vadose zone hydrology. Andrew is also a registered PE in the State of Arizona.
