Download the current RiverWare Viewer release "TAR" file by clicking (or "Right" clicking) the link below.

You will also need to select to which location on your local file system you would like to download the release. Download the release into the directory you want to contain the RiverWare Viewer program files (i.e. not to the parent directory of the desired directory).

Unpack the release you downloaded by going to the directory and typing:

tar -xvf filename

where filename is the name of the "TAR" file you just downloaded. This should create several new files, including a "MANIFEST," "riverware-install," and several "part000*" files.
