Neil joined CADSWES as a software engineer in 1999. His work includes many aspects of the RiverWare C++ code including plots, charts, output devices, Excel and HDB-Oracle DMIs, water accounting, and statistical slot. He has developed tools in C++ to support RiverWare including the RDF Annualizer, the RDF to Excel converter, and plugins for the Study Manager. He wrote the Demand Input Tool and the Graphical Policy Analysis Tool in Visual Basic as add-ins to Excel. He has written Oracle PL/SQL functions and procedures to support the HDB database. Neil has master's degrees in Computer Information Systems and Civil Engineering as well as bachelor's degrees in Earth Sciences and Biology. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering in the State of Colorado.
